Step 1: Book Your Discovery Call
We’ll start with a free 15–30 minute call to:
- Understand your business goals and website needs
- Make sure we’re a great fit to work together
- Offer expert insight and answer your questions
This call sets the foundation for a successful project and clear communication moving forward.
Step 2: Onboarding & Planning
If you’re ready to proceed, we’ll kick things off with:
- A signed project agreement detailing scope, timeline (typically 2–4 weeks), and deliverables
- A 50% deposit to secure your spot
- A simple onboarding questionnaire to gather brand assets (logo, images, copy) and preferences
- Clarification of your content responsibilities, or optional content/design add-ons
We’ll also discuss:
- Your preferred communication style (email, phone, video)
- What pages you’ll need and what features are required (e.g., contact forms, blog, newsletter signup)
Step 3: Initial Design & Feedback
Next, you’ll receive:
- A custom homepage mockup to review
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions included to refine the design based on your feedback
- Once approved, we’ll build the rest of the site to match your style and functionality needs
This step ensures your vision comes to life before the full build is completed.
Step 4: Final Approval, Launch & Support
When the full site is ready:
- You’ll review and request any final changes
- The remaining 50% balance is due before launch
- Once paid, we’ll publish your site live and test for functionality
After launch, you’ll get continued care through our $49/month Hosting + Maintenance Plan, which includes:
- Secure hosting
- Ongoing support and simple updates
- WordPress/plugin updates and backups
Want full ownership later? No problem!
Optional Site Transfer Package – $199 (One-Time)
If you choose to host and maintain the site yourself in the future:
- I’ll handle complete migration to your host
- Provide 1-hour training to manage your site
- Remove you from monthly billing
